As you may or may not know, Phuket is seen as the most luxurious and high-end place in the whole of Thailand. It’s quite funny that about 10-years ago, the main visitors to the island were either high-end luxury tourists or backpackers at the opposite end of the scale. When people think of Phuket golf, they think of Blue Canyon and in more recent times, Red Mountain GC, which are easily 2 of the most high-end golf courses in Thailand. However, if you are looking for something more mid-range, we now have lots of choice in Phuket.

Not everyone has lots of money to burn. Indeed, most of us in life are seeking out the best value-for-money in nearly everything we buy, whether it’s clothes, food shopping or especially holidays.

In Phuket, we have a fantastic range of mid-level and value-for-money golf courses. At the top of the tree in terms of pricing are the Canyon Course at Blue Canyon, Red Mountain GC and Laguna Phuket.

If you are looking for a fantastic round of golf in Phuket but need to stick to a budget, we would suggest courses such as Loch Palm and Phuket Country Club, both in Kathu, or the stunning Mission Hill GC on the east coast of the island.

All 3 courses are beautiful in terms of scenery, while also being meticulously maintained. The conditions and facilities are great, and the green fee prices are excellent value for money. If you are on a set budget but want to play as many courses as possible when you are here for the right price, we would suggest those 3.
